No phone interview, which was nice for a change. Prior to in-person interview, you take two timed assessments, one with numbers and the other with words. Very simple, but it is certainly a time crunch, working quick is a must. In-person interview with Sales Team manager, along with her boss. Basic interview questions, easy going for the most part. Once you pass that, you have sit-ins and ride alongs with a current Uline sales rep. The final stage was a trip to visit the head sales man (in Southern California), he pretty much has the final say. Overall great experience interviewing at Uline. I am putting difficult because it is a fairly long interview process, and more stages than some others companies out there.
